My name is Frank. Until the Covid pandemic, I was a historian and tour guide. Then I took a job as a bus driver. As I drove around London I found all sorts of things that provoked by curiosity and some answers that fascinated me.
Busmans’s Holidays is about journeys through London. It is about the London we ignore when we drive through. Its a celebration of the people who live in the city and some tales that deserve to be told.
There is a podcast for each route to explain to the traveler what to look out for on route. There is a map of the route to download and print and a playlist of music and sounds linked to the places we see. One journey is the story of what to see. The return journey will have interviews with experts telling the stories in more detail of selected sites.
